Agenda:

1) Lauren Forbes will present on the details and status of Pepco's Capital Grid Project, which will impact the MHNA area. The project includes upgrading 3 substations, installing a new substation, and installing about 10 miles of electric transmission.

2) Update on the protest of Provision 14's ABRA application.

2. Application by Pratt Group LLC for Tavern Class "C" License at 2121 14th Street, NW (former Eatonville/Mulebone space in Union Row), live entertainment, dancing, indoor seating for 300, outdoor seating for 40, hours (indoor and outdoor): Sun-Thurs 8am-2am, Fri-Sat 8am-3am.

Post-Holiday Social Thursday Jan. 10

Join us at Grady's for a post-holiday social gathering on Thursday January 10, 6:30 - 8:30.
We'l buy some appetizers. Happy hour ends at 7 so come early. We'll gather officially at 7, accept 2019 dues, elect a board, and focus on socializing with neighbors.
