MHNA Mixer - Wednesday, July 28, 2010

Meridian Hill Neighborhood Association is holding its third evening mixer/social at Marvin's rooftop, 2007 14th Street, NW, on Wednesday, July 28th from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.  MHNA plans to regularly hold these casual evenings as an opportunity to meet your neighbors and support local businesses in the community. Meeting and a movie: Tuesday, July 20, 2010

 Please join us for the next MHNA meeting, which will start promptly at 7:00pm, at Gingras Ecumenical Center, 1419 V Street, NW, on the first floor.  Agenda below. At 8:30, we will walk to Harrison Field, on V Street between 13th and 14th Streets, NW, for the free, outdoor screening of Buena Vista Social Club, which is part of the U Street Movie Series.  There will be free popcorn.  You may want to bring a blanket.

Due to the wet grounds from yesterday's weather and the forecasted thunderstorms this evening, The U Street Movie Series has postponed tonight's showing of Buena Vista Social Club until Tuesday, July 20, 2010.
