Graffiti Removal

From the MHNA Listserve:  In an effort to expedite the removal of graffiti in Ward 1 we need your help. For those residents/businesses in your area whose property gets tagged frequently, please have them sign a graffiti waiver.  [Waiver forms, in English and Spanish, are available here.]  This will allow a quick turnaround from DPW to abate the area. We will begin to keep a log of those residents/businesses who have waivers on file.
