Letter to the Historic Preservation Review Board regarding proposed new construction at 15th & V Streets NW

On September 21, 2011, MHNA sent a letter to the District of Columbia Historic Preservation Review Board, regarding the proposed new construction of a nine-story apartment building on the northwest corner of 15th & V Streets, NW.
