Reminder: next meeting, Tuesday, February 19, 2013, 7-8:30pm

The next Meridian Hill Neighborhood Association (MHNA) meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 19, 2013, in the Greater Washington Sports Alliance conference room, 2300 14th Street, NW, from 7 until 8:30pm

Representatives of JBG Companies will discuss the apartment building they plan to construct on the southwest corner of 13th & U Streets, NW, across the street from the Ellington apartment building. 
 
We also will take a vote on whether to participate in this year's Capital Pride Parade, scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 8, 2013. Banner carriers needed.
 
Three residents will make presentations regarding the Free Little Library, desirable uses in mixed-use buildings and the planned Meridian Hill Historic District.
 
Part of our contingent prepares to march in the 2012 Capital Pride ParadeAgenda:

Meridian Hill Neighborhood Association is a residents-only association. Our membership does not include commercial interests, although we work closely with and support desirable local businesses. We warmly invite you to join MHNA if you live (either as a homeowner or renter) or own residential property within our boundaries. Dues are $20 for the calendar year. Join or renew.
