NUMBER 1 SONS: You cannot serve grilled foods without pickles and theirs are the best, hands down. No contest. At least for this New Yorker who grew up on brined not vinegared dills and koshers and half sours. Add excellent kimchis and unusual krauts and you are in picklen, a cured form of heaven.
TIP: Save some of that brine to marinate some Truck Patch pork for a few hours before you grill it….
