• Heirloom tomatoes from the fields.
• Corn to grill
• White and Yellow Peaches
• Early Lodi and Transparent apples for applesauce

MCCLEAF: Peaches, early summer apples, sweet cherries, blueberries, kales, chards, fennel, sweet butter crunch head lettuce, collards, onions, celery, eggplant, summer squash.

KUHN: White and Yellow Peaches, strawberries, Apricots, red and black raspberries, blackberries, sweet and ie cherries, currants and gooseberries. Garlic scapes, leeks, shallots, cider, herbs.

MOUNTAIN VIEW Certified Organic: Have you tried the scratch and sniff carrots? One sniff and you will be in Bugs Bunny heaven. They are so sweet that I cannot bear to cook them. Garlic scapes are done but they have the real garlic bulbs now this week. Chard, kale, collards, arugula, bok choi, salad greens, peas, summer squash, onions, red scallions ready to grill

WHISKED: Jenna has gone all Cherry for July 4 weekend. – if one is good, two is better. Classic Tart Cherry Pie or Tart Cherry with an almond crumble topping. Score a Cherry pie while the pie cherries are still in season. Savories: Corn Tomato Basil Quiche or for the Bacontarians: Bacon, Cheddar, and Onion Quiche 

TRUCK PATCH; cherry tomatoes: sungolds and chocolate cherries and Isaac Candy tomatoes, cukes, eggplants. Kale, Swiss Chard, Salad Greens: Arugula, Mesclun and Spinach. Beets, red and golden. Genovese Basil. the white and yellow Spring Onions, Red, White and Yellow. Radishes. Costata Romanesco and those irresistible baby squash complete with their flowers. Chicken, Turkey, Eggs and LOTS of Pastured pork in all cuts including all the sausages you want for grilling. 

GARNER: Corn. red and white potatoes, field tomatoes (heirlooms and hybrids and cherries), eggplants,7 kinds of summer squash, okra, radishes, raspberries, arugula, beets, cabbage, swiss chard, kales, spring onion, flat, yellow and green beans, blackberries, candy onions

NUMBER 1 SONS: You cannot serve grilled foods without pickles and theirs are the best, hands down. No contest. At least for this New Yorker who grew up on brined not vinegared dills and koshers and half sours. Add excellent kimchis and unusual krauts and you are in picklen, a cured form of heaven.

TIP: Save some of that brine to marinate some Truck Patch pork for a few hours before you grill it….
