Update: Valor Development at 2200-2202 14th Street

Valor Development presented their plans for 2200-2202 14th Street at MHNA's July Meeting.  Valor Development asked MHNA for support for an exception to the Uptown Arts Mixed-Use Overlay to allow a restaurant as part of their plans to develop the parcel.  In response, MHNA formed an Ad-Hoc Committee to build concensus on what neighborhing residents would like to see as part of the development if they were going to support the exception.

A letter of support was drafted and sent to ANC 1B Commissioners to take into consideration at their August 2nd Meeting.  Find a copy of the letter here.
