Graffiti Removal

From the MHNA Listserve:  In an effort to expedite the removal of graffiti in Ward 1 we need your help. For those residents/businesses in your area whose property gets tagged frequently, please have them sign a graffiti waiver.  Waiver forms, in English and Spanish, are available here.  This will allow a quick turnaround from DPW to abate the area. We will begin to keep a log of those residents/businesses who have waivers on file.

View 14 Leasing Center Open

Fall Leaf Collection

The Department of Public Works will conduct its first leaf collection pass in leaf collection area 1_B, which covers all single-family residences in MHNA, from November 16 until November 21, 2009. Before November 16, rake all the leaves in front of your house and sidewalk into a pile in the nearest tree box. DPW crews will vacuum up the leaves. The second leaf collection pass will be from December 7 until December 12, 2009. If you think you might have been missed, call 311 to request additional leaf removal service.
