Everyone is welcome! Top five reasons to attend:
- Someone you know may have been impacted by the criminal justice system. Knowing how to support them could make a big difference in their life and the lives of their children.
- Many families in the child welfare system have also been impacted by the criminal justice system. The overlap between child welfare and the criminal justice systems may be broader than you think.
- Meet members of the LAYC Child Placement Team and Foster & Host Parents. It's also a great opportunity to learn more about our NEW Transitional Living Program serving homeless and runaway youth 16-22.
- Light refreshments. What's not to like about that?
- FREE child care, for all who request in advance.
Flyer in Spanish.Pre-registration is required. Please see the attached flyers. The location of each event will be provided to all who RSVP by March 1, 2013.
